Piano Parents

Nothing special about piano students. The parents of the students are something to observe -- some sit nearby and listen intently; some take the couch and lie down for a nap (a break from their children is too precious to waste); some go straight to the TV set and hit the soaps; one reads Wall Street Journal; one stays outside with her poodle the whole time, as if the dog needs as much attention as her child; quite a few parents bring moon cakes because it's that time; one brings a bag of grapes because they are on sale.
