Students of cinema should remember vividly the moment Claudia Cardinale makes her entrance in Federico Fellini's classic film, "8 1/2", at least I do.
Growing up in Tunisia, Claudia Cardinale could barely speak Italian even though her parents are Italians, because the dominant language in Tunisia then was French (Tunisia did not gain independence from France until 1956). When she started out in the Italian film industry, Ms. Cardinale's voice was dubbed due to her French accent, but Federico Fellini loved her accent so much that he let her use her own voice in "8 1/2".
The soundtrack of this video is "Light My Fire" by Jose Feliciano. A keen music fan will tell you that "Light My Life" was originally written and recorded by The Doors.
