All Wood

An artist named Richard McGuire created this piece to accompany a review on a new book about Woody Allen in the New York Times. I thought the image is entirely groovy, and the book review is full of Woody kind of fun. Click on this link to read the article.

Some Woody quotes:

"I’m a firm believer that when you’re dead, naming a street after you doesn’t help your metabolism."

"Rather than live on in the hearts and minds of my fellow man, I’d prefer to live on in my apartment."

"I was thrown out of college for
cheating on the metaphysics exam:
I looked into the soul of the boy
sitting next to me".
